Welcome to WONDROUS ISLE TOURS (PVT) LTD.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of tours and services.
By accessing our website or booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & Payment Terms

A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation and a non-refundable
deposit of 30% of the total quoted price.

A 30% deposit is required 8 weeks before arrival and the remaining
70% balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to the tour.

If booking is made within 6 weeks of the tour start date,
full payment must be made at confirmation.
Deposits

Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods advised by the Company.
All bank charges must be borne by the Client.

Payments are based on the exchange rate on the deposit date.
Estimated costing is based on 1 USD = 300 LKR.
Cancellation Policy
- 43+ days before arrival – No cancellation fee.
- 42–29 days before arrival – 25% of the tour price.
- 28 days or less or no-show – 50% of the tour price.

All cancellations must be made in writing and will be effective
from the date the Company receives the notice.

Additional cancellation fees may apply for hotels,
train tickets, permits or other prepaid services.

No refunds for unused services or early departure.
Travelers' Responsibility

Travelers must have valid passports, visas,
and all required travel documents.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Changes or Cancellations by the Company

The Company reserves the right to change or cancel tours
due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters,
political instability or force majeure.

In such cases clients will be offered:
- Revised itinerary
- Alternative tour of equal value
- Full refund
Liability & Responsibility
- Adventure activities are undertaken at the client’s own risk.
- The Company is not liable for illness, injury, death or loss unless caused by proven negligence.
- Clients must follow local laws and safety regulations.
Complaints & Dispute Resolution
- Complaints must be reported during the tour.
- Unresolved complaints must be submitted within 14 days after the tour.
- Disputes are governed by Sri Lankan law.
Privacy Policy
- Client data is used only for providing services.
- Data may be shared with necessary service providers.
- Data will not be sold without consent.
Use of Media
- Photos and videos may be taken during tours.
- Clients allow promotional use unless they opt out in writing.
Adventure & Wildlife Activities
- Activities may involve remote locations and physical effort.
- Clients must ensure they are medically fit.
- Guides' instructions must always be followed.
Terms for Car Rental Package
- Prices apply only for rentals of 6 days or more.
- Rates depend on booking date and itinerary.
- Vehicle models shown are illustrative only.
- Rental days are calculated per calendar day.
